Respecting biodiversity and sustainable development, Fazenda São João Batista uses practices that respect environmental balance and a diversified agro-system. This wine, produced only in years of exceptional quality, with one year of aging in French oak barrels, presents an intense garnet color with violet nuances, elegant and with aromas of fruit with hints of fresh red fruits, currant compote, blackberry with floral and spice notes.

COLOR: Intense garnet with abundant violet tones.
AROMA: Complex, with hints of fresh red berries, currant jam, blackberry with floral and spice notes.
FLAVOR: Fruity, with a balance between more vigorous tannins, excellent mouthfeel and very robust.
AGING: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
VINIFICATION: Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC.
