From Quinta S. João Batista comes this special commemorative batch celebrating the 25th anniversary of the brand´s launch, limited to 4,273 bottles. It is a blend of Touriga Franca (60%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Alicante Bouschet (20%), whose grapes were harvested at their perfect stage of ripeness and carefully and slowly vinified in the winery. It pairs well with structured dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, such as game, and red meats with mild and aromatic seasonings.

AGING: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.
VINIFICATION: Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 28°C.
