St. John the Baptist Farm

Located in the heart of the Tejo region and part of the Paúl do Boquilobo Nature Reserve , this estate represents one of the most authentic expressions of the region's traditional viticulture. Visits to Fazenda São João Batista allow visitors not only to appreciate the surrounding natural beauty but also to explore its historic wineries, where traditional winemaking methods come to life. The setting is perfect for wine tastings, wine dinners, weddings, or team-building events that reflect the character and essence of this unique region.

Exploring the Farm and Surrounding Area:

A visit to Fazenda São João Batista extends far beyond the race. Our privileged location allows you to discover some of the greatest cultural and natural treasures of central Portugal:

Torres Novas Castle – living history in a medieval setting.

- Caves of Serra de Aire e Candeeiros – one of the most impressive speleological systems in the country.

- Templar City of Tomar – including the Convent of Christ, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

To enhance the experience with comfort and authenticity, we suggest premium stays in the region, including the exclusive Hospedagem do Padre Brogueira, renowned for its elegance, tranquility, and historical connection to the territory.

Old Caves

Another essential part of Enopoint Wine Tourism is the Caves Velhas (Old Cellars) , where it's possible to immerse yourself not only in the history of the region but also of Portugal. These cellars preserve a long heritage of wine production, and during the visit, wine tourists can explore the past while enjoying rare wines from different regions. This experience is a unique opportunity to understand the historical richness of Portuguese wines and discover labels that are true gems of national oenology.

To complement visits to vineyards and cellars, the Enopoint project also includes strategically located Wine Stores & Wine Bars .
