Orders can be placed through our Online Store in a very simple process: 1st - Add the products you wish to order to your shopping cart; 2nd - Complete the order by filling in the requested fields; 3rd - Make the payment. After we receive the payment in our system, your order will be processed and shipped, and you will receive our order confirmation and shipping notifications. Note: Orders placed in the online store will be processed after payment is cleared.

Through the Enopoint Online Store, payments are accepted via Multibanco Reference, MBWAY (both for customers with a bank account in Portugal), and Bank Transfer.

Generally, after dispatch, an order takes approximately 72 hours (working days) to be delivered in mainland Portugal.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and a link to track its status. If you placed the order while logged in, you can monitor its shipment through your account in "My Account".

Orders placed in the Online Store will only be processed and shipped after payment has been received. As a general rule, shipments are made at the latest by the third business day following receipt of payment in our system.

The shipping costs for orders correspond to the value of transport and administrative processing costs for Enopoint to ship orders to customer addresses. This value can be simulated in the Online Store by following these steps: 1st - Add the products you wish to order to your shopping cart; 2nd - Go to your shopping cart; 3rd - Fill in the delivery fields with the Country, City and Postal Code of the address to be shipped, as well as the shipping method option; The shipping cost will be calculated automatically. We currently have the following active campaigns for free deliveries: For orders with a delivery address in Mainland Portugal above €50.

If you wish to change any information before your order is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the desired changes. Orders may be cancelled when expressly requested by the customer through one of the Customer Service contact lines, before the orders are shipped. If the order has already been shipped, the customer is asked to contact our Customer Service so that, together, we can find the most appropriate solution.

If, upon delivery, you find that your order is damaged, you must return it immediately to the transport company, duly justifying the reason for the return on the delivery note and notifying Enopoint immediately.
