Produced from Syrah and Touriga Franca grapes, cultivated using organic farming methods, this DOC Tejo red wine authentically expresses the character of the grape variety and the Tejo terroir. This wine has an intense and deep garnet color. Its aroma is expressive of ripe black fruits, with subtle balsamic nuances. On the palate, it is elegant and structured, with fine tannins and a long, persistent finish. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a pleasant sensation of ripe fruit and freshness. It is a gastronomic and versatile wine, ideal to accompany grilled or roasted meats, richer pasta dishes, Mediterranean cuisine, and medium-aged cheeses.
