This wine, produced only in years of exceptional quality and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels, has a vibrant, complex garnet color with fine aromas of wildflowers and some rockrose.

AGING: Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
VINIFICATION: Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC.
