From Quinta do Boição, in Bucelas, one of the smallest and oldest sub-regions of Portugal, comes the Prestige range of sparkling wines. The Arinto Camarate Brut Reserve Sparkling Wine has a partridge-eye color and fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of red fruit jam, green apple, and white flowers predominate.

GRAPE VARIETIES: Arinto and Camarate.
COLOR: Partridge Eye.
AROMA: Red fruit jam, with hints of green apple and white flowers.
FLAVOR: Mild with red berries.
VINIFICATION: Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static settling and alcoholic fermentation at 16°C to obtain the base sparkling wine. Second fermentation in the bottle using the traditional method.
MATURATION: Aged in the cellar for 1 year, in contact with the lees.
