From Quinta do Boição, in Bucelas, come three Prestige Sparkling Wines, with a sophisticated and elegant bouquet, featuring the unique characteristics of the typical Arinto grape variety, where freshness and acidity are evident, influenced by the proximity of the Tagus River. This Arinto|Chardonnay Brut Reserve is made using the traditional method. It presents a citrine yellow color, with fine and persistent bubbles. Subtle aroma of fruit, with notes of biscuit and bread. It pairs well with risottos, foie gras, seafood, ceviches, raw dishes, and fruits with more acidic flavors.

VINIFICATION: Total destemming, light pneumatic pressing, natural static settling and alcoholic fermentation at 16°C to obtain the base sparkling wine. Second fermentation in the bottle using the traditional method.
MATURATION: Aged in the cellar for 1 year, in contact with the lees.
