Qta. do Boição Reserva Arinto Pelicular

The Arinto Trilogy is a new exclusive range from Quinta do Boição. The Arinto Pelicular, the first to be released, is a true gem of enology, bringing with it an innovative and captivating approach. It is more than a simple expression of the Arinto grape variety; it is an ode to its essence, shaped by the terroir of Quinta do Boição in Bucelas. In this process, the white grapes are vinified using the same method as the red grapes, where fermentation takes place in contact with their own skins, resulting in an orange color, also known as "Vinho de Curtimenta" (a wine made with skins).
