From Quinta do Boição come nectars of distinct personality, made from carefully selected grapes, harvested manually using sustainable farming methods. This wine, Quinta do Boição Reserva white, is 100% produced with the Arinto grape variety and finishes fermentation in French oak barrels. Ideal to accompany fish dishes, seafood and medium-bodied cheeses.

GRAPE VARIETIES: Arinto (100%) COLOR: Defined color with greenish tones.
AROMA: Intense and exuberant, predominantly exotic fruits, citrus fruits, white flowers, toasted notes, and light dried fruits.
TASTE: On the palate, it combines unctuousness with minerality and the natural acidity of the Arinto grape, resulting in a complex wine with a pleasant and persistent finish.
AGING: Aged in French oak barrels.
VINIFICATION: Total destemming, cold maceration on the skins, and final fermentation in French oak barrels.
