This fortified wine from Quinta do Boição has an amber color and was produced exclusively from the Arinto grape variety. The aroma has notes of grapes and figs; on the palate it is sweet and unctuous, with a fruity flavor and freshness provided by the acidity, finishing with hints of dried fruit.

COLOR: Defined amber.
AROMA: Complex, predominantly grapes and dried figs, with notes of candied orange peel.
TASTE: Sweet and unctuous, where the fruity flavor, supported by the freshness of its acidity, gives this wine a pleasant finish with hints of dried fruit.
AGING: In French oak barrels for 36 months.
VINICATION : Total destemming, cold maceration on the skins and partial alcoholic fermentation in the presence of the skins. Alcoholic fermentation at 22°C and its interruption at 7°/8° Baumé, by the addition of grape brandy.
