We thought about how we could make our Stevia Pheasant with great flavor, great freshness, immense intensity…and GUILT-FREE! We chose stevia, a natural sugar, to help sweeten this mix and further enhance the notes of cinnamon, orange, and tropical fruits. The result is surprising – 30% fewer initial calories.

COLOR: Brilliant ruby.
AROMA: A fusion of cinnamon, orange, and tropical fruit notes.
FLAVOR: On the palate, it presents a sweet and light flavor, with balanced acidity.
VINIFICATION: The base wine was made using total destemming, pneumatic pressing, and alcoholic fermentation at 16°C.
After winemaking, the aromas are complemented with natural essences of fruits and spices typical of true Sangria.
