This wine is a tribute to the rich winemaking tradition of the Dão region, famous for its ability to produce unique and expressive wines. Three months of aging in lightly toasted French oak barrels allowed this Rosé to achieve a perfect balance between the freshness of the fruit and subtle notes of spice.

VARIETIES: Rufete 40%, Jaen 40% and Touriga Nacional 20%.
COLOR: Pale pink.
AROMA: It presents an intense and fresh aroma of small red fruits, such as strawberry and raspberry.
FLAVOR: On the palate, a very balanced flavor, with smooth tannins and high minerality.
MATURATION: Aged for 3 months in lightly toasted French oak barrels. VINIFICATION: Total destemming and alcoholic fermentation at 14°C.
