Caves Velhas Garrafeira Tinto IG Lisboa is a highly gastronomic red wine with great aging potential. A blend of Merlot, Syrah, and Touriga Nacional grapes, it presents aromas of ripe small forest fruits on the nose and, on the palate, reveals good acidity with pleasant notes of sweet spices. Ideal to accompany grilled red meats.

VARIETIES: Merlot 40%, Syrah 30% and Touriga Nacional 30%.
COLOR: Intense Garnet.
AROMA: Small, ripe fruits.
FLAVOR: On the palate, we find pleasant notes of sweet spices.
MATURATION: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. After bottling, a final aging process of more than 12 months took place in the bottle.
VINIFICATION: Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 28°C.
