From the Tejo region comes this blend of Fernão Pires, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc, ideal to accompany seasoned charcuterie, oven-baked fish, braised red meats, and medium-bodied cheeses.

GRAPE VARIETIES: Fernão Pires (50%), Chardonnay (25%) and Sauvignon Blanc (25%)
COLOR: Citrine.
AROMA: Tropical fruits, pineapple and apricot.
FLAVOR: Quite enveloping on the palate, very fresh and persistent.
VINIFICATION: Total destemming, cold maceration on the skins, gentle pneumatic pressing and alcoholic fermentation at 16°C.
