Participate in the pruning process of one of our vineyards and discover, in practice, one of the most important steps in preparing the vines for the next harvest. Pruning takes place in winter , when the vines go dormant and nature renews itself.

The experience also includes a guided tour of the vineyards, cellars, and winemaking center , where tradition and innovation meet, and concludes with a guided tasting of 3 wines from Quinta São João Batista , accompanied by carefully selected regional products .
